Yes, with Shipsted you can shop on Vinted and receive the item anywhere in the world, even though Vinted only operates in 16 countries and transactions are limited to certain regions.

At Shipsted, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

If the seller doesn’t ship the product or cancels the purchase, we will refund your money.

We will refund your money if we are unable to purchase the item due to unavailability.

Once the item is purchased, the Vinted seller has 5 days to ship it, and typically orders take between 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. Once it reaches our warehouse, we will notify you so you can manage your shipment.

We will notify you of its arrival. In “MY SPACE,” you will find a photo of your package along with its exact weight and dimensions, so you can manage your shipment (reduce/combine/ship).

We will store your order in our warehouse for a maximum of 30 days from the notification of its arrival, giving you time to manage it as you wish.

Sometimes, shipping costs are calculated based on the volume of the package (volumetric weight). If we notice that your order can be packed more efficiently to reduce its size, we will notify you so you can save on shipping costs. You will then decide whether or not you want to reduce it.

The cost of this service is €1 per package.

If you have made multiple purchases, you can request to combine them into a single shipment. We will open your orders and pack them together in one package.

However, please note that it is not possible to combine packages of any weight or size. The actual weight of your package should not exceed 30 kg, and its dimensions must remain reasonable. In general, most shipping services accept maximum dimensions of 150 cm and a total of “Length + Width + Height” under 200 cm.

The cost of this service is €2.

Shipsted will refund your money in the following cases:

  • The product has been sold before Shipsted could proceed with the purchase.
  • The seller does not ship the product, and therefore Vinted cancels the purchase.
  • The seller cancels the purchase.
  • The product does not arrive at our warehouse, and the shipping company declares it lost.
  • A different product arrives than what you ordered. For example, you purchase a t-shirt but receive pants (for this, you must have paid for the reconditioning option).

Shipsted does not accept order returns. To avoid dissatisfaction with your purchase, carefully review the photos and description of the item. If you have any doubts, ask the seller.
